Shipping policy

At Wonder & Wise, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly—because every package should feel like a gift.

We ship from California, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM (PST),
excluding holidays.

Shipping Locations:
We ship anywhere within the USA, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
International shipping is not available, except for Canada.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM
(PST) will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time:
Standard ground shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order is
processed.

Shipping Options & Fees:
All orders ship via ground service for a flat rate.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. You will be responsible for the flat
rate plus any additional charges associated with expedited service.
