Refund policy

Returns must be made within 30 days from receiving your product.

We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion, within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • A completed Return Authorization Form is required 

Returns may be initiated by contacting us at hello@wonderandwise.com or call 626-333-4222 to request a Return Authorization (RA). The item can be returned at the customer’s expense with the RA clearly displayed in the box to the address listed below:

Returns received without prior authorization or without the required form will not be accepted. Items returned in non-resalable condition will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will include merchandise and taxes only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
For damaged or defective items, photos will be required.  If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, return shipping costs will be paid by Wonder & Wise.  Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please allow us up to 15 business days to approve your return.  If you have not heard from us within that time frame, please contact us at hello@wonderandwise.com.
