At Wonder & Wise, safety and quality are the most important priority for every product. Our products are rigorously tested and consumer feedback is closely monitored to ensure we provide our consumers with safe products for babies and children.
In keeping with these values, Wonder & Wise is voluntarily recalling Wonder & Wise Activity Tables, in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We have received reports that screws may become loose and/or detach from the xylophone component of the Activity Table, posing a choking hazard. No incidents or injuries have been reported, but in an abundance of caution, we are recalling the product and offering consumers a free repair.
The recalled Activity Tables were sold at FAO Schwarz and children’s boutiques nationwide, online children’s retailers including Little Wonder & Co., Maisonette, The Tot, and Saks Fifth Avenue, and online at www.wonderandwise.com, from October 2021 through April 2022 for about $200.
Please stop using the recalled Activity Table immediately, and store it out of the reach of small children. Contact Wonder & Wise to request a free repair kit, which includes a replacement tabletop that includes a block sorting activity in place of the xylophone.
