Accepted Methods of Payment

All payments are accepted via PayPal. You may also pay with a debit or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Shipping

• Shipping time for customers is 3-5 working days
• $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping For All Orders
• Orders received after 2 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day.
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

Return Policy

• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in original packaging and must be unused. All returns must have a Return Authorization Form. Please email or call us for a Return Authorization.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to reject a return without a Return Authorization.
• Merchandise and taxes will be fully refunded. Shipping costs and handling fees will not be refunded.
• A refund will be issued in the same method of the original payment.
• Please note that we may request you to email/send us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
• The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) unless the item has a manufacturing defect or damaged by delivery.
• Customers must submit a Return Authorization Form, print and attach with the returned item.
