ORDERING
Q: How do I create an account?

Q: When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 3-5 business days. Our hours of operation are M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm PST.
Q: Can I change my order?
If your order has not shipped, please email info@asweets.com or call 626.333.4222 with your order number, and we will make the necessary changes.

Q: Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in the USA and manufactured in different countries including China, Thailand and India.
Q: Are your products safety tested?
All of our toys are tested with an accredited testing lab and meet or exceed all federal regulations.
Q: Do you use any coatings in your products?
All our toys are tested with an accredited testing lab and meet or exceed all federal regulations. We don’t use any additives, and we only use non-toxic, water-based paint on our painted and stained toys.
Q: Where can I buy your products other than your website?

Q: My dog chewed part of my toy. Do you have replacement parts?
We have replacement parts for many of our items.  We sell them at a low-cost including shipping.  Please reach out to info@asweets.com with your order number and an image of the part that needs replacing, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us via email at info@asweets.com with order number and images of the damaged piece (s), and we will respond as soon as possible.
Q: What if I want to return my product?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Returns must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.  Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse.  An RA number must be assigned before any returns are initiated.  RA numbers can be obtained by reaching out to info@asweets.com.  Please include order number and an image of the unopened, unused product.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return is received in our warehouse, we will issue a credit.
Q: What if I want to return my used product?
Please email us at info@asweets.com with your order number and reason for your return.  We will determine if we can assign an RA number, and if we do accept the return, restocking fees may apply.
Q: Why is there no delivery date on my tracking?
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as we create the label.  We generally ship by UPS, and sometimes we are at the mercy of their scheduling.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately, currently, we do not ship internationally.
Orders placed after 12/18 may not arrive before Christmas.
